Senior Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist senior staff with administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to senior staff and departments.
• Manage and organize files, records, and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
• Assist in data entry and database management.
• Support event planning and office coordination tasks.
• Perform general office duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.
